What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped via USPS. They are currently set at flat rate shipping on the website, but if we can find a less expensive option, we will refund your card. As will happen when shipping glass, breakage sometimes occurs. Please let us know if this happens and we will happily replace the damaged product or refund you.

Shipping takes 7-10 business days. Please allow for longer shipping times during the holiday season and summer.

Are your jams and pickles gluten free?

Yes! All of our jams are made in our certified kitchen on our property in Otis, Oregon. No gluten ingredients are ever used in the kitchen.
